What will 2019 Bring and the Option for Selling?
Following the latest developments in the Economy and the GDP growth in the last quarter, it is a strong indicator that Business values will keep going up as it is still a Seller’s Market. As for the Seller, values are at the highest when growth is still possible and there is a strong two or three years history that has been recorded in the Books. If you have contemplated selling, the next 18 months will certainly provide an environment for a strong case to exit at a Peak. Intrinsic Value and How to Address
We have been approached by two companies in the last several months, that had a high potential of development products. The owner felt that the potential of development products had a high value on the value, however, how does that translate to a buyer?

An Intrinsic valuation, which includes tangible and intangibles values may be an approach. Even with an intrinsic valuation, the sale may still be a challenge in the case that an Owner would like a high portion cashed out. To support a DCF, as mostly used in these cases, there needs to be a solid Business and Marketing plan in place to support the numbers.
