Hello Sherry,

Another Great Year! The time has come, as it does every year, to gather with friends and family and count our blessings—now and everyday thereafter. As eloquently stated by John F. Kennedy, "As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." This year, amongst a flurry of activity, we are reminded of the importance of living each day in gratitude.

On behalf of all of us at MainStreet Design Build, we thank you—our valued clients, amazing staff, trades men and women, vendors, friends, and family. Over the past twenty-seven years, you've contributed to our success and all that we have achieved.

It is our wish this fall, and into the holiday, that you take time to relax and enjoy the blessings in your lives. We look forward to our continued relationship with each and every one of you.
From your friends at MainStreet Design Build,

5 Benefits of Using an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Remodeling Firm

If you live in a home built before 1978 (before lead-based paints were outlawed), there is a good chance your home contains lead-based paints and plumbing, unfortunately. The older a home is, the higher the risk of lead being present and posing potential harms, particularly during the dusty, messy business of remodeling. So, if you’ve been eyeing an older, historic beauty as a fixer-upper, or you want to have your older home remodeled, it is absolutely essential to your family’s safety to have it done correctly by a remodeling firm with expertise in lead removal and containment.
