As CEO of Axonify, Carol drives the company's overall strategic direction and commitment to revolutionizing how employees build knowledge that drives performance. With more than 20 years of leadership and technology executive experience, Carol has a history of building start-ups into multi-million dollar successes. From 2008 to 2011, she was the CEO of PostRank, a company she sold to Google after evolving its technology from a cool, free web tool, to a unique, customer-centric social media play.

Carol brings her experience and insight to numerous not-for-profit and for-profit boards, is a much sought after keynote speaker and has won multiple awards, including the Waterloo Region Entrepreneur Hall of Fame Intrepid Award (2011) and the Sarah Kirke Award (2010) for Canada’s leading female entrepreneur.
